How do I file a claim?

All claims for the WCSIT and the ISDA are managed by Hinz Claim Management, Inc. (HCM). HCM has offices in both Chicago (800-419-3205) and Springfield (800-419-3206). Districts should contact the nearest HCM office to them to file a claim. HCM can also keep you updated on the progress of a claim.
